The Process
Phase I
Discovery
We begin with a conversation. We walk the plans or the site, learn how your family moves through a day, and get clear on what the home needs to do. From there we set the scope and share a proposal, so the work ahead is understood before it starts.
Phase II
Design
We measure, draw, and decide. Floor plans and elevations are refined, materials and finishes are chosen from real samples, and every selection is resolved on paper. You see the whole home settled before a single order is placed.
Phase III
Execution
We place the orders and hold the details. We track lead times, coordinate the trades, and keep pace with the build schedule, so nothing stalls the site. You stay informed with steady updates as the house comes together.
Phase IV
Completion
We install the whole house at once. Furniture, lighting, and the last layer of styling arrive together, and we walk the finished rooms with you. You step into a home that is complete, considered, and ready to live in.
